We are currently seeking a service-oriented and hard-working Barback to join our esteemed hospitality team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the bar operations by providing efficient bar set up, ongoing maintenance, and general service support. The Barback plays an essential part in ensuring the bar runs smoothly, allowing bartenders and managers to deliver top-tier service. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing multiple priorities with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Barback at Colony Grill will assist with setting up the bar at the start of each shift and ensure it is fully stocked throughout service. Duties include preparing garnishes, replenishing ice wells, changing beer kegs, and tidying the bar area. Coordination with managers, frontline team members, and kitchen staff is crucial to ensure seamless support and efficient service. This position demands physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, and carrying supplies ranging from light to heavy weights during the shift.
