We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience through our innovative Signature Dining Programs. This program emphasizes à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations, designed to cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents. As Sous Chef, you will work in state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch culinary tools and equipment, alongside a passionate and dedicated team. In this leadership role, you will assist in managing the culinary operations and oversee food production, kitchen sanitation, and utility management whenever the Executive Chef is absent. You will take part in the daily coordination of kitchen activities, ensuring that high standards of food quality, safety, and dietary compliance are consistently met. This role requires a collaborative approach, excellent time management skills, and the ability to inspire and supervise culinary staff to deliver outstanding results.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $65,000 annually, with eligibility for up to an 8% performance bonus depending on experience.  - Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
