Key responsibilities include cleaning beverage stations, replenishing stock and supplies, preparing garnishes, removing empty bottles and trash, and assisting bartenders as needed. The position also involves record keeping for liquor store inventories and serves as a backup for bartenders when necessary, emphasizing a collaborative team environment. Employment in this capacity requires adherence to health and safety regulations and the C.A.R.E. guidelines, emphasizing responsible alcohol consumption at all times.
