The Barback position plays a critical supportive role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the bar within the concession environments managed by Legends and ASM Global. This role involves stocking, organizing, and continuously maintaining bar supplies so that bartenders can focus on delivering high-quality service to guests without interruption. The Barback works proactively to anticipate the needs of bartenders while keeping bar areas organized and clean, contributing significantly to a positive and professional working atmosphere. Attending to various tasks such as replenishing ice, restocking beverages and glassware, and assisting with closing procedures, Barbacks are a vital part of the hospitality team that directly impacts guest satisfaction. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience 2-3 years in bar or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills including proficiency in English
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
