The role available is for a dedicated Barback who will play an essential role in supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth operations within the bar environment. This position is full-time and involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant setting. The Barback's primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the bar area, assist in stocking inventories, prepare garnishes, and provide support to all bar personnel to enhance the guest experience. The role requires a candidate with at least one year of combined experience in full-service food and beverage environments, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. Candidates for this position should be physically capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. The Barback will be expected to follow safety standards rigorously, maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and storage areas, and assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar at the beginning and end of shifts. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus. • Ability to stand for 8 hours' length of time
• Ability to walk and/or stand approximately 90 percent of shift
