The role available is for a Dining Room Attendant (DRA) at Bar Traza, an elegant restaurant within the resort that overlooks the Poinsettia Valley and lush golf courses. Responsibilities include maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order, managing linen and inventory, bussing tables, supporting servers, and assisting overall dining operations. • Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous bussing experience is preferred
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• RBS certification will be required prior to the start of employment
• Must complete CA Food Handler’s Card training provided upon hire
