The role available is for a Dining Room Attendant (DRA) at Bar Traza, a distinct restaurant within Omni La Costa offering rustic Mediterranean shared plates, curated cocktails, and light bites set in a timeless Spanish-Colonial ambiance. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will play a vital part in supporting the restaurant team to maintain impeccable service and cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining table appearance, bussing tables, setting up bus stations, and ensuring all silverware, linen, and glassware are polished and neatly arranged. You will assist servers in delivering quality service by preparing dining areas and clearing tables efficiently and discreetly. This role is essential in upholding the restaurant’s prestigious reputation by creating an inviting atmosphere and a seamless dining experience for every guest. The position is hourly, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour plus tips. • Must be at least 18 years of age
• previous bussing experience preferred
• prior experience working in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment preferred
• must be able to work weekends and holidays
• RBS certification will be required prior to the start of employment
• must complete CA Food Handler’s Card training provided upon hire
