As part of the food and beverage team, the Bar-Tender role at Temecula/Vail Lake KOA is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy engaging with guests. This part-time position primarily involves versatile responsibilities where the team member floats between bartending, bar backing, and operating the mobile beverage cart, especially during peak weekend shifts. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive atmosphere for guests and reinforce the campground’s customer service philosophy. Being in an outdoor and recreational setting, staff members contribute to the overall guest experience by serving drinks, preparing snacks, maintaining cleanliness of the service areas, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. Working hours are flexible but generally fall between Thursday and Sunday, from 8 am to 11 pm, with occasional weekdays during periods of high occupancy. The hours can range from 5 to 20 hours per week depending on campground occupancy, with shifts scheduled on an as-needed basis, reflecting the dynamic nature of the business. Team members report directly to the Food & Beverage Department Manager, ensuring coordinated operations and support.
