We are currently seeking a skilled Banquet Chef to lead our Banquet Back of House operations.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high volume setting
  • Two years of management experience
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Ability to work various shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Maintain confidentiality
