The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in bar management, demonstrating proficiency in drink-making, spirits knowledge, and the ability to manage and train bar staff. Financial acumen is essential, including the ability to manage beverage budgets, control costs related to labor and inventory, understand the costing of bar items, and ensure that daily inventory aligns with business needs and pars.
