The Personal Shopper role at NET-A-PORTER in Dallas involves acting as the primary liaison to the company’s top-tier customers, offering personalized access to exclusive products and the newest trends in the luxury fashion industry. The Personal Shopper must tailor recommendations by profiling customers individually, using deep product knowledge alongside an understanding of each client’s unique style and preferences. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing an active book of engaged clients, driving sales through a combination of one-to-one appointments, exclusive events, and marketing partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets consistently. The role emphasizes proactive sales techniques, cultural awareness, and the ability to foster long-term customer loyalty by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs. Additionally, Personal Shoppers represent the brand’s values, act as sales experts within their teams, and provide expert styling and advice. The employment type for this role is hybrid, offering flexibility between remote and onsite work in Dallas.
