Bar-back - Full-time

We are currently seeking a motivated Bar-Back to join our energetic team. In this essential role, you will serve as the bartender’s extra set of hands and the backbone of the bar operation. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness behind the bar, assisting bartenders during service hours, and handling a variety of support tasks that keep the bar running seamlessly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives under pressure. It also offers excellent potential for growth, as many successful bartenders begin their careers as bar-backs. Your duties will include cleaning and wiping down all bar surfaces, washing glasses and dishes promptly to keep the bar stocked with clean glassware, and handling any accidental spills or broken glass with efficiency and care. Keeping the bar stocked and replenished is another critical aspect of your job, requiring you to monitor liquor, garnishes, and other supplies regularly. You will also be responsible for changing beer kegs, managing waste disposal including emptying trash, and ensuring ice wells are refilled consistently.
