• US work authorization required
• 1-2 years of bar or beverage leadership experience preferably in luxury hotel or high-profile cocktail bar
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage service standards
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to provide leadership guidance and support for a dynamic team
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to operate necessary computer equipment including Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English
• Superior sense of organization and prioritization
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be on feet and engaged in daily operations
