During the event, the server attends to guests by serving plated meals, replenishing buffet items, refilling beverages, and clearing tables efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. This role demands a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cohesively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
