The Banquet Server is responsible for a broad range of duties that contribute to the flawless execution of banquet events, including setting up banquet tables, chairs, place settings, beverage stations, and buffet areas according to the event’s specific Banquet Event Order (BEO). During the event, the server attends to guests by serving plated meals, replenishing buffet items, refilling beverages, and clearing tables efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. This role demands a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cohesively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Banquet servers also assist in the setup and teardown of events, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and support other team members by undertaking side work as needed. • Maintain a professional and polished appearance in adherence with the company dress code
