The Banquet Server at HHM Hotels is responsible for the setup and service of banquet events, working directly with food and beverage to ensure guests receive timely, professional, and courteous service. The role includes preparing banquet rooms according to detailed instructions from supervisors, attending roll call meetings to understand the specifics of each event, and serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately. The server is expected to maintain high standards of hospitality consistent with HHM Hotels’ guest service and sustainability practices including adherence to the EarthView program, which promotes environmentally friendly operations. This position involves active guest engagement such as responding to special requests, promptly clearing dishes, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. Safety is also a priority, with requirements to observe workplace safety practices, including wearing protective equipment and complying with OSHA regulations. Working as a Banquet Server at HHM Hotels is both physically demanding and rewarding.
