As a Banquet Server, your responsibilities will encompass setting up and breaking down event spaces according to banquet specifications, serving food and beverages courteously and efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service periods. The role requires close communication with kitchen and banquet leads to guarantee smooth event execution and flexibility to assist teammates as needed.
