Bartenders are responsible for setting up the bar area, managing inventory, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout their shift. They must monitor alcohol consumption carefully, engage with guests and coworkers, and handle any service challenges following company policies. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and reasoning skills are essential
• have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

• ability to comply with local laws regarding food handling or serving of alcohol, including the ability to take and pass the ServSafe Alcohol Safety class and exam

• must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
• must be able to maneuver between tables and in tight spaces
• must be able to position self to fulfill cleaning tasks
