  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 6+ years experience in live event production or related role
  • strong technical knowledge of audiovisual and broadcast systems
  • ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • capability to lift and move up to 50lbs
  • ability to work onsite with flexibility for limited remote work
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • valid driver's license and ability to commute to various venues in Greater Tampa Bay Area
  • physical ability to work in varied temperature environments and crowded conditions
