The Utility Associate role at Brix and Vine is a critical position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency of the restaurant. The Utility Associate is responsible for cleaning equipment including work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other kitchen tools using specific cleaning chemicals to ensure hygiene compliance. They also manage washing utensils, pots, and pans either by hand or using dishwashing machines, ensuring all items are properly cleaned and returned to their designated locations.
