This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience by delivering exceptional service in a grocery store environment. The associate will play a key role in ensuring the store is safe, clean, and welcoming, encouraging customers to return. They will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, while monitoring quality assurance standards to maintain Kroger’s high standards.
