This role is part of the Bakery team and involves supporting all bakery-related tasks including receiving and preparing products, maintaining attractive and fresh displays, and assisting customers. As a bakery team member, you will be responsible for unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring the bakery area meets the high standards of cleanliness and freshness expected at Whole Foods Market. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging directly with customers to provide excellent service. Team members adhere strictly to company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures to create a pleasant shopping experience. The bakery team plays an integral role in maximizing sales potential through attractive merchandising and knowledgeable customer interaction. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $25.40, depending on experience, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.                 - Must be able to lift 50 pounds
 - Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
 - Ability to use hand motions including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
 - Capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
 - Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
 - Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
 - Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
 - Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
 - Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and other heavy machinery
 - May require use of ladders
