Key responsibilities include providing leadership and supervision to part-time staff, volunteers, and interns by training, scheduling, mentoring, and evaluating their performance to ensure efficient and effective operations during events.   • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in recreation management, therapeutic recreation, exercise science, or a related field
  • Or an equivalent combination of education above high school level and four years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week with varied hours including weekends, holidays, mornings, nights
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 pounds with assistance and working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be available for extended shift work up to 16 hours
