The Bakery Department Lead position at Sam's Club is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving sales in the bakery department and managing a team of hourly associates. As a Bakery Department Lead, you will be expected to demonstrate deep expertise in bakery products and production, guide and mentor your team, leverage digital tools to improve sales and efficiency, and uphold company policies and standards. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $23.00 to $31.00 per hour, with the possibility of additional premium pay based on schedule, location, season, or specific work performed. This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, inventory management, compliance with food safety regulations, and delivering exceptional member service. You will lead your team by example, ensuring a clean and safe work environment and promoting Walmart's core values such as respect, integrity, and customer focus. • Must be 18 years of age or older
