We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Pastry Baker to join our dedicated culinary team. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a competitive hourly wage of $15.00. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all pastry products according to our established pastry shop standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation meet Hyatt's high expectations. As a Pastry Baker, you will assist higher-level bakers and contribute to the overall success of our bakery operations. Your day-to-day duties will include crafting delicious breads, cakes, pies, and creative afternoon break items, all while working collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
