Bakers are the heart of our operation, starting their day early (as early as 3 AM) to prepare our signature bagels fresh daily. With a blend of traditional baking techniques and a passion for perfection, Bakers at Einstein Bros. Bagels ensure that every bagel is crafted to meet the highest standards of taste and presentation. Beyond baking, this role involves stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assisting with customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment within the store. • must be at least 18 years or older
• must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
