A key responsibility is to efficiently and safely prepare and bake an assortment of baked goods, including specialty cakes and pastries unique to Mexican, Central American, and American tastes. The Baker is also expected to engage warmly with customers by smiling and greeting them upon interaction while delivering extraordinary customer service and responding to their requests.
