We are currently looking to hire Bakers who will be instrumental in upholding Crumbl Cookies’ high standards of quality and customer service. As a Baker at Crumbl, your role goes beyond basic baking duties; you will be a customer-facing ambassador who greets guests warmly, answers questions confidently, processes orders efficiently, and ensures every batch of cookies is delightfully crafted. Responsibilities include reading and adapting Crumbl recipes accurately, measuring and combining ingredients using various kitchen equipment, decorating cookies with an artistic touch, and testing ingredients and finished products to maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards. Bakers are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing inventory and production records, and supporting timely delivery processes. Our ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking. They must demonstrate strong baking techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hot, and sometimes hectic kitchen environment. Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet fluctuating customer demands. Physical endurance is necessary to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
