We are currently looking for a Baker to join our team at the Bruegger's Bagels location at 1719 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Baker role is central to our business because the quality of our bagels depends directly on those who craft them. Bakers start their shifts early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, and play a critical role in preparing the day’s fresh bagels. This position involves more than just baking; it is about maintaining our tradition and creating the product that defines our brand. The day-to-day responsibilities of our Bakers include ensuring that a quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers work collaboratively with the store team to provide excellent guest service, including assisting with order taking and sandwich making. They take pride in maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, keeping the store safe and clean, and contributing to an enjoyable customer experience. Our Bakers are the first ones in our bakeries and remain integral to everything that makes Bruegger's a cherished part of our customers’ mornings.
