We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Food and Beverage Associate to join our team. This role is integral to the daily operations of our dining room and plays a crucial part in ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented to our guests with the utmost quality and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in achieving daily forecast training standards and maintaining compliance with local and federal health regulations. As part of the position, you will conduct inventory management, assist in ordering supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the service areas. This role requires proficiency with POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and participating actively in our upsell strategies and team lineups. Our Food and Beverage Associates are expected to exhibit exemplary customer service skills, meet the evolving needs of our guests, and sometimes assume supervisory responsibilities when necessary. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to obtain food handler certification. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
