The role of AVP, Head of Lease Management and Transformation, is a critical leadership position based in Newport Beach, CA. This role is designed for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of lease management processes across ACG. The successful candidate will operate as a pivotal connector among various departments, including Legal, Technical, IT, Risk, Billing, Finance, and Trading, ensuring seamless workflows and accurate lease data capture. This position requires driving process improvements, developing governance controls, and producing both operational and executive reporting dashboards to support decision-making and risk mitigation. This role also demands hands-on expertise with the company’s asset management system, requiring configuration and adaptation of system capabilities to meet evolving operational needs. The AVP will be responsible for initiating data quality checks, automating workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through key performance indicators (KPIs) and stakeholder feedback. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential, as this position involves direct interaction with airline customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, transformation, or process improvement roles, ideally within aviation, leasing, or asset-heavy industries
• Proven leadership experience developing teams and accountability
• Strong communication, project management, and change leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Experience configuring or managing enterprise systems such as asset management, ERP, or CRM platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
