The Server position is a vital role within our assisted living facility's culinary team. This role involves direct interaction with residents during mealtime, providing excellent food and beverage service while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Server is responsible for greeting residents, taking meal and beverage orders in accordance with their dietary needs, delivering requests promptly, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness both in the dining area and kitchen environment. This position requires attentiveness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Reporting directly to the Culinary Director, the Server contributes significantly to ensuring that residents have a positive and satisfying dining experience. Employment is full-time with a pay scale ranging from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour depending on experience.
