The role of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Wendy's is a critical leadership position responsible for guiding the Restaurant Management Team to deliver superior customer service, achieve sales goals, and maintain productive operational metrics. Candidates must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check and work eligibility requirements.
