This is an on-site position, requiring candidates to be local with no need for relocation. The Teams Lead will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily field operations to maintain and enhance the highest levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and safety standards. The role involves direct leadership and supervision of field staff, managing driver's check-in processes, task assignments, and schedule rotations, all while cultivating a safe and team-oriented work environment. The AVOS Teams Lead position demands a strong leader capable of enforcing established protocols and ensuring compliance with procedural and safety guidelines. This role supports the broader operations team, including the Operations/Depot Manager and General Manager, by assisting with training, disciplinary actions, and routine coordination with officials. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions under pressure. With a salary range of $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, this role also offers eligibility for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.
