We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at The Willcox. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to oversee and support the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. The Restaurant Manager will be integral to driving sales, controlling costs, and fostering a positive team culture, all while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, acting as a key leader who models excellence in guest service and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will help achieve budget goals and maintain financial discipline by monitoring payroll, labor costs, and inventory management. Staff leadership and development are core responsibilities, including hands-on coaching, training, and clear communication to build a motivated, high-performing team. Your role as maitre d' will embody the warm, attentive service that defines The Willcox’s reputation, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
The successful candidate will bring at least two years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably within upscale or fine dining venues. Essential skills include strong leadership capabilities, a thorough understanding of cost control and budgeting processes, and excellent communication skills geared toward delivering outstanding guest service. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality environment.
