We are currently seeking an AV Technician to join our team at the Hotel Ballast property in Wilmington, NC. This role is integral to ensuring the flawless execution of audio-visual services during events. The AV Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling high-quality audio-visual equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to strict timelines and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications, and excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, hotel staff, and management. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and teamwork are valued, providing a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement. Candidates with experience in video, camera work, and recording are given preference, as well as those with hospitality experience.
