The supervisor will also monitor participant eligibility, keep accurate records including scoring, time-outs, fouls, and game times, and manage crowd control to ensure safety and order during events. Emergency response readiness and the maintenance of secure and clean facilities are key components of this role. Communication is essential as the supervisor will need to report any maintenance or security concerns promptly to supervisors and conduct opening and closing procedures along with routine site checks during activities. This position requires physical activity including bending, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
