The At Your Service (AYS) Agent is a key hospitality role within White Lodging, serving as the primary contact point for all guest requests and needs. This position is responsible for answering guest calls promptly, dispatching requests efficiently, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee an excellent guest service experience. The role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. The AYS Agent embodies the White Lodging Way and brand basics, consistently delivering the highest quality of service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate logs of guest interactions, assisting with in-room dining orders with thorough menu knowledge, and coordinating with various hotel departments to resolve guest issues swiftly.
The position requires proficiency in point-of-sale systems like MICROS, familiarity with local services and amenities, adherence to safety and emergency procedures, and compliance with hotel policies regarding key control, confidentiality, and appearance standards. The AYS Agent is expected to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting the operational needs of the hotel.
