The role of Inflight Trainer is pivotal within the company’s inflight operations, focusing on facilitating approved training programs for flight attendants. The Inflight Trainer facilitates classroom and practical training sessions, including oral and written exams, to ensure that new hires and existing employees remain current with operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. The trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining training curriculum, participating in critical regulatory audits such as FAA, TSA, IOSA, and DOD inspections, and attending instructor standardization meetings to stay updated on best practices in training delivery.   • High school diploma or general education degree GED with at least 1 year of aviation and or education or training experience
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fast paced environment
  • Must not have tattoos visible while in uniform
  • Must not have multiple piercings visible while in uniform
  • Able to pass FAA required 10 year work history review and pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
  • Possess and maintain a valid US passport or foreign passport
  • Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
  • Willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret technical procedures manuals and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees and trainees
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Capable of interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form
  • Must be able to think and react quickly in all types of emergency situations

  • Must be able to sit in assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without any modifications
  • Must be able to move about aircraft and perform all required functions freely effectively and quickly in confined environment
  • Willing and able to work a varied schedule to meet operational needs
  • Travel up to 25 percent of the time including nights weekends holidays and overnight stays
