We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Producer based in Southern California to join the team. This role will be uniquely embedded with one of Jack Morton's key clients, necessitating close collaboration with their internal team. The position requires candidates to work onsite at the client's office in El Segundo at least three days per week and to be open to travel as necessary. As an Associate Producer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful planning and execution of third-party conferences, ensuring that all program elements run smoothly from inception to completion.
In this role, you will manage venue sourcing, coordinate logistics, oversee swag and marketing materials, onboard vendors, and reconcile budgets related to events. This position demands a balanced skill set that includes strong project management capabilities, meticulous financial oversight, and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for tracking event budgets, managing expense reports, and maintaining accurate records of event assets and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of event planning experience, preferably within the financial services sector, and hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event planning, hospitality, or a related discipline. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Cvent is essential, and exceptional organizational skills are a must to thrive in this fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably within financial services
