This full-time position offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive training opportunities to help the candidate grow within the safety management field. Ideal candidates will possess an associate or four-year college degree and have relevant experience and certifications such as OSHA 30 for Construction and a First Aid/CPR Certificate. The Safety Coordinator will conduct routine safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal safety policies as well as OSHA standards, investigating any incidents thoroughly to identify root causes and recommending corrective actions. Responsibilities include preparing and updating site-specific health and safety plans and enforcing these policies to cultivate a culture of safety on site.
