Additionally, the Assistant Tasting Room Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including Events, Marketing, and Wine Society, to promote the brand and coordinate outreach efforts. Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 base salary, with the potential for discretionary bonuses based on performance and skills.   • 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
  • Proven sales and revenue achievement record
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Level I Sommelier or willingness to obtain Level I or WSET Level 2
  • Strong understanding of P&L and labor planning
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
