The Assistant Manager role at CEC Entertainment is an exceptional opportunity for those eager to level up their management careers in the beloved family entertainment industry. With a pay range of $17.78 to $19.76 hourly, this position demands high energy and a passion for leading teams that ensure every guest leaves happy. Assistant Managers at Chuck E. Cheese are entrusted with making crucial daily decisions, including those related to time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, product quality, and guest service standards. They play an integral role in amplifying sales and profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members to meet and exceed company and guest expectations. Coaching and inspiring staff are vital components for ensuring outstanding guest service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
The role offers a unique rotational experience across four key 'Areas of Impact' (AOI): Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. In the Kitchen, the Assistant Manager will oversee everything from product ordering and food safety to managing staff schedules and pizza preparation. The Sales AOI includes oversight of the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop, focusing on sales monitoring, inventory, and quality assurance. As a leader in the Showroom area, the Assistant Manager will drive birthday party planning and execution, optimize party bookings, and maximize guest satisfaction. In the Gameroom, the Assistant Manager partners with the Technical Manager to ensure games and equipment remain in top condition while analyzing gameplay data and maintaining a clean and guest-ready atmosphere.
