The role of a Shift Leader is critical in supporting daily restaurant operations by assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with various managerial responsibilities. The Shift Leader is accountable for ensuring seamless restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, contributing to achieving store goals including sales targets and customer satisfaction. • Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
• Must be able to open and close shifts as needed
• Prefer some experience using a computer and register POS system
• Ability to work standing for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Full mobility of hands and arms
