The Restaurant Manager role at Hooters is a critical leadership position supporting the General Manager in the overall daily operation of the restaurant to ensure that guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $60,000 and $70,000 based on experience, training, and skills. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing and developing the restaurant’s hourly staff by assisting with hiring, training, and performance management to build a motivated and effective team. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager oversees important operational areas including payroll, human resources, marketing initiatives, financial planning, and vendor management.
Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, controlling operational costs, and maintaining excellent vendor relationships to ensure smooth inventory and supply management. The Restaurant Manager is also tasked with ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety and sanitation standards, facility maintenance, and overall safety and security within the restaurant.
