The leader is responsible for maintaining positive interactions, responding effectively to dissatisfied guests, and communicating product offerings and company initiatives clearly to the team. Operationally, the Guest Service Team Leader manages essential daily communications, coordinates meal breaks, and enforces food safety and COVID-19 procedures. • associates or bachelors degree with a focus in business or hospitality preferred
• high school diploma or GED required
• must be able to speak, read, and write English
• ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
