We are currently seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and responsible Manager for our Oswego location to play a crucial role in the back-of-house kitchen operations. The Manager at Beef Shack leads by example and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen performance, ensuring every meal meets the high standards customers have come to expect. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional food quality and customer service. 
The Manager's role encompasses training staff on standardized portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules and procedures. Attention to detail and consistency are critical components of this position as the Manager ensures that every dish leaving the kitchen is prepared to perfection. Responsibilities also include managing inventory and supplies, which requires organizational skills and the ability to anticipate stock needs to avoid shortages or excess. 
As a key leader, the Manager actively motivates the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. The role demands excellent communication skills to effectively guide and support staff during shifts while promoting a culture of high performance and accountability. In addition to day-to-day kitchen management, the Manager ensures speed of service to meet customer expectations for quick, yet high-quality meals.
