The Assistant General Manager role at Urban Air Adventure Parks is vital in sustaining and elevating the park’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This leadership position is responsible for motivating the team, instilling a sense of accountability, and driving successful business outcomes through strategic oversight and hands-on management. The Assistant General Manager leads by example to maintain the company culture while ensuring that staff operate at their highest potential.
This role involves cultivating a dynamic team environment focused on exceptional customer service, supervising recruitment and personnel retention, coaching staff, and executing staff training programs to foster growth and internal promotion. The Assistant General Manager is pivotal in developing weekly operational schedules, optimizing staffing levels, and ensuring sufficient leadership coverage to enhance the guest experience. This position requires close involvement in inventory management, expense control, and overseeing all aspects of the park's operations, from entertainment and attractions to food and beverage services and property maintenance.
