This includes planning, organizing, staffing, training, and leadership activities designed to meet and exceed business objectives related to sales, cost control, employee retention, guest service satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
A successful Restaurant Manager at Big City Wings acts as both a leader and a mentor, fostering a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to deliver their best performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, including direct participation in some food preparation, service, and operational tasks to ensure high standards are maintained.
