The role of Assistant General Manager at Concourse Club is a pivotal leadership position designed to elevate the rooftop bar's operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, this role demands a hands-on leader who exemplifies integrity and high performance. The Assistant General Manager will collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals to ensure that guests receive an elevated and seamless experience that differentiates the venue from competitors. Responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house operations such as human resources management, daily operations supervision, and marketing initiatives. This individual will take charge of shifts ensuring an optimal environment for both guests and staff, manage staffing levels efficiently to minimize overtime, and collaborate with hotel management to facilitate a unified guest experience across all facets. Additionally, the role requires spearheading promotional events in partnership with marketing, public relations, and hotel teams to drive brand awareness and patron engagement. Establishing and nurturing local business partnerships is also essential to enhance the brand's presence within the community. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, reflecting experience and location, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance options, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days.
