- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage departments in a hotel
- 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations effectively
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
